And I don’t mean, “How dare you!” or “You fancy yourself, don’t you?”. I mean, who
in reality have you come to believe you are? And more importantly, is it actually accurate? Are the terms you have become
used to describing yourselves in fact you?
Many people come to me in my practice asking one question: Who am I? I don’t really know who I am. I don’t
have the answers, but strange as it may seem, you do!
Getting to know who you truly are is a journey many never embark upon. It takes courage. But I often ask myself the question,
“Why are people prepared so easily to live second hand lives?” Defined only by what they think they are and not
who they truly are…..
