Integrative Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy is what it says it is: therapy that has been integrated. So instead of that endless search for the missing part of
the jigsaw, whatever your disposition, personality or style, I can fit the therapy to you and your life issues.
With me at Open Mind, there is NO one size fits all. Whatever your style, I will quickly work to
draw out the best and fastest solutions for your issues, whether it be anxiety, depression or confidence
building and coaching. That means I treat the root causes of whatever your presenting problem might be in a style
that suits you. So if your personality works well with hypnotherapy then
that's what we'll use, and if you respond best to talk therapy, then that's what we'll use. Often
you'll find a mix of the two for different stages of your development may be the most beneficial.
How can you check out that Integrative Hypno/Psychotherapy suits you?
You've probably heard such good things about NLP, or Hypnotherapy or Psychotherapy
or CBT, but how can you know if you'll even get on a) with the therapy and b) with the therapist? Because
