Quit Smoking

Are you a quitter? Stop Smoking for good in a few easy steps.

Stopping Smoking could not be more straightforward. Read and decide when you want to quit - for good!

Stopping smoking, right now, could save you thousands of pounds..... So what's stopping you?

If you've woken up for the last time with that awful ridge of catarrh across the back of your throat, feeling exhausted and out of breath, and you can smell last night's smoke on your hair and clothes lying on your chair, and your chest is aching and your breath is smelling, you'll be saying to yourself again, 'It's time I gave up smoking'. Good. Good words. I bet you've said them more than a thousand times. You might have even acted on them once or twice. But by now you'll be lamenting that you just can't because you have no willpower.

Really? No willpower?

You're right, it's really hard to have ANY willpower when you've not yet made a decision. Who or what are you waiting for to allow you to make a decision? Which day will you actually make the commitment to stop smoking? I want to show you how you can do what I did and stop smoking, for good.

If you want to be free of smoke you'll want to be making some decisions about a number of things, not least of all in today's economic climate, how you can save some money. The truth is, smoking cigarettes does your health and wallet no favours and no matter how indignant you may have felt about the public smoking ban, in reality, the only people now harming themselves, are you that smoke.

Making a decision to stop is now imperative. Because one thing's for sure. If you don't make a decision about your life, no one else can make it for you. If you're about to switch off now and close this page, wait.... do yourself a favour. Take stock of your habit and consider how many people are affected by your smoking.

Take my own father for example. All cosy in his denial and happy to blame everyone else for his smoking habit. But he died in the end of the lung disease, emphezema, aged 60. That was a long drawn out suffering that went on for years and there was only ever one conclusion from the outset.

You do not recover from advanced emphezema. Your demise is inevitable

Imagine what it was like secretly knowing you'd caused your own decline by letting yourself be a victim to tobacco. The smoking industry's once-upon-a-time promises to lend you more prestige and more cudos if you could be seen with a fag in your hand have seriously backfired.

Imagine how hard it is to live with the truth of your directly causing your own death. And imagine even more how difficult it is to die with this truth. Because my father's lack of ability to really understand what his choices were, in the end, affected all of us. We lost our Dad to smoking because he was too blind to see how many people he was affecting with his smoke.

You don't have to live this life of smoking you have chosen.

Following the smoking programme, 'Smoking Addiction? Be Free' I am going to tell you about below, could not be more simple and will change your life forever!

I'm going to ask a question of you:

Do you want to be free of smoke, become fitter, breath deeper, smell better, feel better, live and love longer?

In fact I'm going to ask another question of you:

Do you want to be unfit, to cough and splutter to stink of smoking and deprive your children yet to be or your grandchildren of their parents or grandparents?

Well, it's got to be true. Because if you're STILL just thinking about it instead of taking action, you're putting your life on hold.

Sometimes I imagine smokers are like somnambulants: sleepwalkers to you and me. People who automatically without any conscious regard, light up a cigarette and damage their own health and wellbeing. Bringing the conscience and consciousness to bear on this automatic, unconscious habit can bring the turnaround that you need to stop smoking. It can certainly reinforce a decision that you have made to rid yourself of this disgusting habit. And in the product that I describe below, you will be easily able to turn this around for yourself if you honestly want to stop.

But there were more reasons why I didn't like doing smoking cessation. I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day and I gave up in 1992 without any help at all. Part of my psyche was therefore, "What's the problem? Why pay me to make you feel bad when you can just give up?" You see, I was assuming that what was my experience could so easily be anybody's experience.

As my smoking bill was going up and up, the quality of my tobacco was going down and down. I'd abandoned real cigarettes because the cost was prohibitive. Instead I ended up smoking rollies so thin that the burning paper was causing my throat to become really sore. And I dreaded thinking just how much money I must have spent on cigarattes over 15 years...and that was in the days where tax was half what it is now! Perhaps £1000 per year....that would have been a deposit on a house. But I tried not to think about that.

I'd find excuses to smoke. My partner smoked constantly and not just tobacco, and every night my house was full of this fragant smell that seeped out under the door and through into the dining room where I might have been writing or reading. Well if he was smoking, what was the point of me giving up? I could only give up if he also gave up. I used to tell myself that I'd stop when I eventually got pregnant.  Fantasy! Fantasy!

My throat was continually sore, I was skint, and my chest was aching. You know, quite high up on the chest, almost like you can imagine where the two lungs branch off? There was this dull, painful feeling just there. And I wheezed and gurgled, and wheezed. Very sexy!

I started to ask myself questions like, "What am I doing smoking this stuff, day in day out?" And then I'd quickly answer with, "Well I'm stressed at the moment. I'll give up when I'm feeling better." And as the weeks went by, I realised that I could be stressed most of my life.....on and off....so does that mean I would always have to smoke? The questions became more and more difficult to answer honestly.

For example, I started to ask myself questions like, "What will happen if I don't stop?". And then I'd quickly answer myself, "Who knows? I could die of anything. Doesn't have to be smoking. I'm not ill." ......yet..... I argued that I might put weight on....even though within a year or two I might lose it again.

I argued that my choice of tobacco was so cheap and the way I rolled them so meagre that it wasn't costing me much.....well, it wasn't costing me much money at least.

And with every fag I lit, up went another smoke screen on my life, another way in which I could avoid really taking stock and making my life how I wanted it to be

While I'm smoking and refusing to change my habits I can stay in denial about a) what it's doing to me and b) what parts of my life I was going to have to change to stay off tobacco.  And in those years, there was alot to change!

You'd think typically, this is NOT a good time to give up smoking.

During a visit to the UK of some of my Spanish teaching colleagues, we happened to find ourselves in Wales on a trip.  They watched me coughing and spluttering with the tobacco and asked quite simply why I didn't try and stop.  Curious, those few words suddenly made me see what they must have been seeing: me wheezing and coughing and still insisting on smoking! Crazy!  It was in those few moments that I felt it was easy to

make a decision!

And as we walked out of the cafe we were in, I threw my tobacco, my precious tobacco and papers, in the bin!

I made a decision in that moment to stop smoking, forever

  • I knew it would be hard. I knew I would have to face all the difficulties I had yet to encounter with all sorts of personal issues that were raging away in the background.
  • I knew I would have to face cravings and coughing and not know what to do with my hands....I had tried a few times before to stop.
  • I knew that I would need to keep reminding myself of my decision to reinforce my willpower to stop.
  • I knew I might put weight on.
  • I knew with my partner in the meantime, I would have to daily face his smoke and his friends in our house, smoking.
  • I knew that many of my friends smoked and they would probably want me to carry on smoking. They wouldn't want to feel left out or uncomfortable because they hadn't yet made the decision to stop.

But I also knew I couldn't let another week, month or year slip by where I was still chained to the weed and out of control of my life!

I knew that the only way to stop, was to tell myself,

there is no better time than now.

However, the day I stopped smoking wasn't the last time I thought about it. The commitment to stop took me to make a decision about my health and wellbeing. It required me to understand that this is the only life I have and that I must choose how I want to live it.

The truth is, you must make the desire to stop stronger than the desire to keep smoking.

And that's precisely what you can do with Geraldine West's e book and stop smoking self hypnosis audio MP3 tracks

'Smoking Addiction? Be Free!'

This book, adapted by me for immediate download off the internet, will lead you by the hand tailoring your own stop smoking programme as though you were sat with your own personal therapist.

You will find out the most common reasons why people fail and therefore how you can succeed

For example you will:

• Develop the consciousness to know how to stop smoking
• Learn how to reach the subconscious
• Learn how to take control of your life
• Develop your strength of character
• Learn how to say no

On each page you are encouraged to write down, on your e book, that you can print off of your computer immediately, your own reasons for wanting to stop, your own goals and targets, your own fears and aspirations for seeing you into the future as a non smoker. And that future moment can start the moment you download your book and commit to the programme to stop smoking - for good!

Geraldine is also passionate about the way smoking disables people from dealing with every day emotions. For example, if I smoke then I can avoid dealing with the reasons why I keep using tobacco.

Smoking is bad for us. We know that. We do not do it to improve our health. Let's be clear, smoking tobacco creates addiction. Where there is addiction, there is avoidance of other more pressing issues. Especially if your habit is to smoke cannabis. Avoiding dealing with difficult emotions becomes an addiction. For example, rather than confront, act on, resolve issues and improve my state of mental health, I can smoke tobacco to screen out difficult emotions and then sit with smoking as my subconscious excuse to remain helpless.

Stopping smoking requires you to engage with your desire to be mentally well and to flex those emotional muscles and learn, to resolve and be at peace with, what has formerly remained screened out by smoke. I know you are up to that challenge or else you wouldn't be reading this.

Changing your life from being the victim of smoking to being the victor of stopping smoking will leave you feeling very proud, light and most of all FREE of the habit that has chained you to guilt all these years.

Geraldine gives you some hard hitting facts I the book about the smoking industry and how you have been duped into smoking by clever and slick advertising....advertising that is having an effect many years after it was severely curtailed by the government. In fact, the ripples of ill health are still coming from the smoking industry's advertising from 30 and 40 years ago.....your children copy you, you pass this deadly habit subliminally by making it acceptable to your children to smoke....even if you are a guilty smoker that locks themselves out in the garden for a cigarette.....do you really think your grandchildren or your children don't know?

Self Hypnosis MP3 Audio tracks

And to reinforce the work of the book and your writing, Geraldine has produced some inspiring Audio MP3 tracks that will walk you through quitting in 4 simple stages.

Track 1

This track prepares you for the decision you are about to make to stop smoking for good.

Track 2

Then track 2 leads you through a no nonsense, practical and direct hypnotherapy track which talks directly to the subconscious mind. This track lasts for 20 minutes within a few short minutes of listening to this audio you will start to feel more determined and more able to stop smoking. Staying with this track till the end will absolutely galvanise you to put into effect, the decision you have made to stop smoking.

Track 3

Now you are ready to listen to track 3. Track 3 is a 5 minute audio that you must listen to every day for a few weeks to reinforce your decision to stop smoking. It's like having a friend on your shoulder reminding you to change those automatic habits that you have built up over many years of smoking. A good friend will praise and encourage you for your great efforts and is likely to affirm that you've made the right decision. So replace any people who want you to fail with this daily track and slowly, either they will give up too, or you will find people who love and support you more than you ever thought was possible. Start believing now that you can do it. You have made a decision that will benefit not only yourself, but everyone in your family and many of your friends.

Track 4

This last track is the only one that Geraldine recommends you can listen to any time. And that's because this audio track does not require any of your conscious mind to process. Geraldine cleverly allows the echos of your decision to stop to mix in with this relaxing music so that you may not even hear what she is saying, but she is reaffirming and reconfirming that you can do this and that you are now perfectly able to stay with your decision to quit - for good!

What a fantastic programme! Geraldine is quite confident that you can and will stop smoking with her 'Smoking Addiction? Be Free!' e book and mp3 audio downloads. And the great news is, you can start it tonight.

What Geraldine is providing for you here, I had to do all by myself. And I can tell you, it took me to drag my decision to stop smoking into my conscious mind every day and remind myself that I was a non smoker.

At any stage, I could have started again with all the stresses I was going through. But with every day that passed, I reminded myself that I had made a decision about how I wanted to live my life. I had to confirm and affirm every day that I wanted to be free of smoke and not use stress as an excuse to start again. And from that moment, 15 years ago, I have never smoked, nor wanted to smoke since. Now you don't have to go through what I went through to stop.

We can lead you by the hand and stay with you throughout to help you make the decision to quit and to stick to it. Cigarettes do not have to dominate your life and pollute your lungs and living space. You can choose to be free of smoking for good

Imagine now that you are free what other goals and ambitions come into sharp focus....How do you want to live your life this year? What do you want to be able to say at the end of the year? That in this terrible year of recession that you were actually better off than you were last year, because you stopped smoking? That you were able for the first time in years, to afford a holiday, AND in times of recession? That R word may mean nothing to you at all, now that you have decided to quit smoking for good. Taking back control of your life through this coming year means you are not only quids in, but happier, cleaner and healthier. What would all that be worth to you?

Imagine now you have quit smoking and it has brought you all of those things above and it cost only £39. Probably just a week's cigarette bill - so that you could save £39 every week for the rest of your life! That's around £160 per month back in your pocket.

Guarantee

If you earnestly work through this programme and become aware of your choices and options for stopping, and you still don't stop, I'll refund you every penny you paid for it. But you'll have to tell me very clearly why you didn't stop.

If you are committed enough to your own and others health and wellbeing you will find this investment very easy to make. If you've not yet made up your minds, then I'm afraid there's nothing anyone can do for you. Not a hypnotherapist on earth can programme you to not smoke if you haven't made up your mind that you want to stop.

So if you have doubts, don't buy this product. I don't want half hearted, non committed people who think someone else is going to do it all for them. This programme is for you to work through, actively and engagingly, on everything you need to do to stop smoking. If you are not committed, then you cannot stop and I'd rather you not complain about my programme because you weren't able to commit to the process.

And in case you needed any more convincing that stopping smoking is valuable, I want you to consider what exactly you are buying by making this investment. For example,

  • you are providing a healthier and happier home for your children or grandchildren

  • you are modelling to your children or grandchildren how to deal with difficult emotions without a drug

  • you are showing your friends and family how you can change the course of your life, profoundly

  • you are saving thousands of pounds over the rest of your life

  • you are able to take extra holidays that you deserve

  • you are able to regain your health and take up an activity such as dancing, walking or trampolining. Anything you want, you can do if you have your health back

  • you are buying effectively, fresh air

  • you are also buying clean clothes and hair

  • you are buying peace of mind

  • you are buying extra time on this earthbound plane

Many say after the loss of a loved one, they would give their life's work and possessions to spend just one more hour with the loved one they have lost, just to be able to tell them all the things they forgot to when they were alive. Buying extra time is priceless. Make sure you use this investment well.
